Best of all, everyone knows this melody, so this song makes an excellent performance piece for friends or family.

Twinkle Twinkle Little Star Guitar Tabs

Twinkle Twinkle Little Star began as a poem written by the English author Jane Taylor in 1806. It was originally titled “The Star.” Most people attribute this song to Mozart, but according to Encyclopedia Brittanica, Mozart did not compose it. It’s adapted from the French song, “Ah, Vous Dirai-je, Maman,” published in 1785. Twinkle Twinkle Little Star also features the same melody as “Ba Ba Black Sheep” and “The Alphabet Song.”
