Too Few Music Education Programs Exist for Children
Since 2015, Rock Dojo has been committed to providing elementary school students with accessible guitar lessons for fun, accessible, and engaging kids. We designed this project with those three aspects in mind. Rock Dojo is committed to providing world-class guitar lessons for kids, especially those in underserved communities. We are confident this project will get kids and communities excited about learning to play the guitar.
Children are Without an Outlet for Creative Expression
COVID-19 left many students isolated from their favorite music activities, further compounding inequities in music education. Rock Dojo’s latest project will bring national attention to the importance of advancing equity in music education for children’s social, emotional, academic development.
